Marketing & Sales Coordinator

Location:  This work from home position can be located anywhere in Canada; however, our preference in the Vancouver Lower Mainland area.

Responsibilities: This energetic role brings appreciated assistance in the area of: admin and customer support, website updates (wordpress) as well as, social media and blogging pizazz. As the lead point of contact for client questions, a warm, email and phone manner is needed. You need to like people and making them smile! Other responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate event volunteer’s sign-up initiative, communication, and schedules
  • Update websites (WordPress), and social media via Hootsuite (training can be provided)
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for client and community support
  • Write, design, and distribute monthly community newsletter
  • Write product reviews on the company blog and social media.

Requirements: Although we’re happy to train you on wordpress for the website updates, and Hootsuite for the social media updates, what we can’t train you on and would appreciate is a keen attention to detail, love of people, and the desire to get ^%*! done! 😉 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.

Contract Details: 10-15 hours a week  ||  July, 2018 – March 1st, 2019  ||  $25/hour
